FAQ > Force Closes, Synchronization Issues, Unable to Install > I have Tasks N Todos on two devices. But one device is unable to reflect the changes made in the other device. Why is that so?

Search the FAQ for entries containing:

Data may be unable to be sync properly between devices due to the different times.

For example, at one time, a device's time is at 8:05 while the other device is at 8:09. The device with the faster timing will always be able to sync the data correctly to the slower timing device. But the slower timing device will not be able to sync its changes over due to the time difference.

The changes are synced according to the device's timing and thus the device with the slower time will never be able to overwrite the sync done by the faster timing device.

What you can do is to shift the slower timing device to be slightly faster than the other device first. Do a sync. After that, make sure both devices run on the same time. Using network time will be the best.
