FAQ > Force Closes, Synchronization Issues, Unable to Install > No data is synced to my ICS device. Why is that so?

When you first access the app when it has been installed, a Permission Request will appear on the screen to initiate snychronization with Google Tasks.

You may receive no feedback or 'Synchronization has failed' message after allowing access to the request. Simply exit and re-access the app again. The synchronization will start and your data should appear.

This issue is due to a new setting available in ICS called 'Do Not Keep Activities' under Developer Options. When this settings is checked, the first sync between TNT and Google Tasks will encounter some issues and fails.
